The journey

What is the journey?
The journey is not the road that you take from one place to another.
It is more than that.
It is every component, every piece, every feeling, every detour and even every doubt.
The journey starts with the idea. The plan. Then every action and inaction  that is taken to reach that destination.
What is the destination?
The destination is not a just a geographical point at which you have arrived. It is a goal, a place, an event, a feeling and even a state of awareness.
But the journey doesn’t end at the destination. The destination is another part of the journey. It is not the purpose of the journey but a component.

La gente hace tiempo para lo que quiere.    Te llama cuando quiere, te escribe cuando quiere y te ve cuando quiere.   No te confundas con excusas, no inventes pretextos. Lo que no se dice

Mientras te veo, pienso que si no expresas lo está en ti nadie sabrá lo que tienes adentro.  Nadie sabrá lo que dicen esos ojos, nadie sabrá lo que guarda tu mirada. Nadie  sabrá lo que dicen tus palabras. Si no tomas esa fotos, nadie podrá ver por tu lente. Si no creas esa melodía, nadie escuchará lo que hoy en día está solo en tu cabeza. Si no tratas esa posibilidad, se quedará en eso.  Si tu hoy no fijas la raya y expresas en lo que es injusto, seguirá pasando.  Si tus acciones, tus palabras y tus pensamientos quedan solo en ti, todos perdemos el privilegio de tu presencia.  Si no expresas lo que tienes en tu corazón, el mundo quedará privado de ti. I like to be with you. I enjoy the journey by your side. I like to share my time with you, not because I am filing the hours on the clock or because I have nothing else better to do. I don’t fear being alone, nor do I need you in my life. If you are in my life, it isn’t because I need to fill a void, an empty space, or to “complete me” or because I settled. NO! You are in my life by conscious choice!  ❤️ A choice made in love 😍 and in coherence with who I am become each day.  You are not in my life to make me happy, although I want to share happiness with you. It’s ok

we probably need to talk about failure and our mistakes a lot more often that we do. not in attempt to look for pity or help, but just so we all realize that everyone, really everyone is going through something.  now days that social media and marketing companies want us to thinking that everybody else's life is perfect but our own, it is a good reminder to realize that other people and their life is not as perfect as it looks. we all are going through something. we all make mistakes. we all fail more often that we like to admit. we forget things. we suck at times. we loose our patience. we are hurtful. we lie or make up stuff to look better.  and you know what? that it is ok . there is nothing wrong with us. El peso del mundo / the weight on your shoulders

Si en algún momento sientes que tienes el peso del mundo sobre ti, o si te sientes que “tienes” mucha carga, muchas responsabilidades, o te sientes que estás luchando contra la corriente para “sobrevivir”, toma un momento y respira ..... de nuevo respira profundo...... ahora considera esto: Tranquilo no tienes que hacerlo todo tu. Suelta la carga mental. En realidad en tu vida hay muchas cosas que contribuyen a tu existencia y que no haces tu. Por ejemplo,  tu estás aquí leyendo este blog  y mientras lo haces tu corazón late, segundo tras segundo tu corazón 💓 circula tu sangre sin que tú lo controles. Mientras sigues leyendo tus pulmones se llenan de aire, y ese oxygeno recorre tu cuerpo. Tu sistema inmune te sana minuto tras minuto y tu no te enteras de lo que está pasando. No estas incompleto, estas confundido

No estas incompleto, estas confundido.  Crees que te falta algo?  Sin embargo la realidad es que no te hace falta nada, lo único que falta es que cambies el enfoque. Que cambies tu pensamiento.  Falta que te des cuenta que la felicidad la llevas adentro.  Falta que te encuentres para entender que lo que buscas esta en ti.  Falta que te ames para que no permitas que otros te hagan daño.  Falta que te aceptes, que te apoyes,  que te impulses, que seas tu mejor amigo, que seas tu compañero y que actúes acorde a eso.  Falta que te hagas responsable de ti mismo y tu bienestar.  Te hace falta mirarte al espejo y saber que eres magia, que eres único. Saber que tu presencia es un milagro.  Que no hay nadie como tu. Que no existe otro ser con cada una de las cualidades tuyas.  No estas roto o quebrado. No estas dañado.   El que no sepas tu valor, no significa que eres inferior a nadie.  No estas incompleto, estas confundido.

These days are very different from others that we have lived, and many people are experiencing a lot stress. Everyone seems to be talking about the same thing, which I will not. However,  two things have come out,  our vulnerability and the need to act in unison to protect others. Since there is so much going on outside of us, it might hard to focus on the inside.  Regardless of how much one wants to be just centered, these days are quite a handful.  We have been used to moving as such rapid speed that to come to a stand still seems like caos.  But it is not. A stand still is a pause.  It's a moment to think, to observe and to connect deeper. So what can we do? Take one step at a time. One breath, one day and moment a time.  Try to see the beauty hidden amongst the caos. Trust

Often times when we do something, we want to see the results now. As we work hard on ourselves and our affairs, and we want the reassurance that we are on the right path. We grow inpatient when we don’t see purpose, or the end in sight. But life does not flow on a straight line. Point A might not always be followed by point B or C.  Events happen and while they appear random,  when we look back at all the steps then everything makes comes together.  Life often pushes us to our limits and every time we decide to open up, we learn more about ourselves and as a result we are exposed to the possibility of opening our heart more. As we trust the process we realize that everything is happening for us and not against us. Even the hardest paths... are for us. As I write today, I humbled by life. I am grateful beyond words.
