How many times have you blamed your parents or someone else for something that you have experienced? Stop looking for culprits.
Stop blaming everyone for your situation and instead take full responsibility for your own happiness.
I am not saying that if your living experience it’s easy and then it shouldn’t affect you. If you current situation sucks, it does. If you are on a hospital bed or you lost everything you had, I am not going to tell you that your happiness is not affected by the experience of your having. Of course it is.
However, regardless of the events, you CONTROL your feelings and your attitude towards the situation. You have the POWER to define how you view an event. You can decide what a situation means to you and how you can react to it. That’s your power and no one can take that away from you. That is your inner power and from it you can accept and embrace a situation or choose not to.
You can choose to be angry, upset and blame everybody for the events or you can CHOOSE to accept it and CHANGE your view of the situation. How you view it and what it means to you defines whether something is a blessing or a nightmare. Sometimes the greatest blessings come out from the most difficult challenges.
Changing your perspective, will not change the circumstances, but it will impact how you feel about them.
