Reinventing yourself

We have so many habits that we do without being conscious of them. Everyday we follow different routines of activities that we do because we that is what we are used to doing. Some activities we don’t have to do, others we don’t even like doing them but we still do them.  At different points in our life we reinvent ourselves. Most of the time we do it out of necessity.  Either to avoid pain, or because life has thrown a curve ball that forces us to quickly change. The floor has been taken from our feet and we are forced to act, adapt and change.  The most important part is that all of us CAN change. We can all adapt and re-emerge. We can change our perception of things. No matter the situation, we all have the power to reinvent who we are and what we do or how interpret the situation. We have the power to see the positive side of each event.  We have the power to take an uncomfortable situation and make it better. We have unlimited potential. Each one of us, has...

float

These days are very different from others that we have lived, and many people are experiencing a lot stress. Everyone seems to be talking about the same thing, which I will not. Knowing that there is always something beautiful happening, it is just a matter of focus.  In life there are times that plan our dreams and other times that we buil...
